1. Who We Are
The Vixeldorf website is operated by Naomi Devyatov (נעמי דביאטוב), sole proprietor (Osek Patur / עוסק פטור) No. 346012073, trading as YND (“Vixeldorf”, “we”, “us”), Khayim Perel 3, Bnei Brak, Israel (חיים פרל 3, בני ברק). Contact: yoav@vixeldorf.com.
2. Professional Use Only
The site, the calculators and the plugins are professional aids intended solely for use by qualified engineers and technical professionals exercising independent professional judgement. They are not consumer products and are not intended for personal, family or household use. By using them you confirm you are using them in a professional capacity.
3. The Calculators
The calculators provide preliminary estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for engineering analysis and no result may be relied upon for construction documentation, procurement, permitting, or life-safety decisions without independent verification by a licensed engineer.
Some calculators use regional assumptions — for example, the cooling-load calculator reflects Israeli / Middle-East practice (such as 1,000 CFM/TR and m²/TR figures) — and their results may not be appropriate for other climates, standards or codes.
You are solely responsible for checking every result against manufacturer data and applicable engineering standards before use.
4. No Warranty
THE SITE, THE CALCULATORS AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIXELDORF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, MODELS, PROJECT FILES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THE CALCULATORS.
VIXELDORF’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THE CALCULATORS SHALL NOT EXCEED US$50.
6. User Comments
You are responsible for any comment or review you submit. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, or that is spam or advertising.
All comments are pre-moderated: we may edit, refuse or remove any comment at our discretion, and we are not responsible for the content of comments submitted by users. To report an objectionable comment, email yoav@vixeldorf.com.
7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The site, its text, calculators and design are owned by Vixeldorf or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Autodesk, Revit and AutoCAD are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Vixeldorf is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Autodesk. Where a plugin is distributed through the Autodesk App Store / Marketplace, Autodesk’s own Publisher and end-user terms take precedence for that distribution channel.
8. Third-Party Services
The site links to and uses third-party services (for example Ko-fi for donations, Lemon Squeezy for purchases, and GitHub for downloads). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Rights That Cannot Be Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights where they apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
