What we do not collect: We do not collect, transmit, or store any data from your BIM or CAD project files. All plugin processing occurs locally on your machine.

We collect data directly from you when you:
- Register for a free trial or purchase a product
- Activate a software license
- Contact us via email or our support form
- Browse our website (via cookies — see Section 7)
We do not purchase or receive personal data from third-party data brokers.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Process orders and manage software licenses
- Validate license activation and prevent unauthorized use
- Provide technical support
- Send license expiry notices and critical product updates
- Send newsletters or promotional emails, only if you have opted in
- Improve our website and products using anonymized analytics
We do not use your data for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering and supporting our products.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Your personal data is stored on secure dedicated servers. We use professional third-party services (such as payment processors and email platforms) that are contractually bound to protect your data.
- License data — retained for the duration of your active license plus 12 months.
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years to comply with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Support correspondence — retained for up to 24 months, then permanently deleted.
- Trial registration — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9), subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only in the following limited cases:
- Payment processors — to complete transactions. Payment data is handled under their own PCI-compliant privacy policies.
- Autodesk — our products are distributed via the Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace. See Autodesk Privacy Statement.
- Email / hosting service providers — acting as data processors on our behalf, under confidentiality agreements, for the sole purpose of delivering our services.
- Legal obligations — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Any third party with whom we share data is required to provide the same level of protection as stated in this Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website. We use the following types:

Our products are professional engineering tools intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
